Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats

1 cup fresh spinach

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

¾ cup milk (whichever type you prefer)

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

(3 servings)

1 cup loosely packed spinach

1 cup milk of choice or to taste

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option

2 cups frozen blueberries if using fresh, add ice to the smoothie

1 ripe banana

dash of cinnamon optional


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
